Bring someone special and make a hand built clay project at Spark! We will make ah hanging bird feeder, a great project for all ages. Especially fun is adding turquoise glass pebbles to the bird feeder plate and they melt in the kiln to make a beautiful water feature! This is great together time and really the thing about Spark I love the most - the connection and fun making art with someone special.
The bird feeder is one of my favorite projects - a perfect gift, or a great addition to your garden! To make the bird feeder, we roll out a slab (kind of like making cookies), cut out a circle shape using a template, then decorate it with a birds nest, a cute little bird, leaves, buttereflies, your choice! This project is lots of fun for all ages and I know you will enjoy your bird feeder for years to come. Class will be held October 25, 4-6 pm at Spark, special discounted price of $30 for two (usually $30/project), taught by Ann Peden, popcorn and drinks provided.
